The Fee For Service Program covers the NxStage System One and NxStage System One S equipment, and the customer pays for all services rendered within 30 days of the initial service call. A Purchase Order is required prior to scheduling and performing service.
Repair services are calculated and invoiced based on then-current replacement parts pricing and hourly labor rates. Replacement parts pricing is available upon request by contacting NxStage Customer Service at 1-866-NxStage (866-697-8243).
