One week of training covers resolution for approximately 80% of equipment repairs and 95% of common repairs. Any maintenance, repair or service on the equipment that is not covered by the training course may only be currently performed by NxStage personnel either on-site or at our Service Depot in accordance with the terms of our Fee for Service Program.
Attendee Requirements
- At least 12 months biomedical engineering experience, preferably on dialysis equipment
- Biomed employment certification
- Recommended for customers with 10+ systems
- Appropriate infrastructure to order and inventory spare parts
- Purchase proprietary biomed tool kit after completion of training
